Positive qualities: Self-acceptance, self-forgiveness; freedom from inappropriate guilt and blame Patterns of Imbalance: Guilt, self-blame, self-criticism, inability to accept oneself. Ingredients: The Bach Flower Essences are made 100% naturally from spring water infused with wild flowers, either by the sun steeping method or by boiling.
